Norm, the Owner of Act Now Car Rentals has been providing car rental solutions for NZ Travelers and International visitors with helpful friendly service and car hires at exceptional prices since 2001. One day hires are usually always available.

While we are Queenstown based we have the ability to hire cars to other destinations eg: Nelson, Greymouth, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill, and Auckland. (min days and one way fees usually apply)

We are situated in the heart of Queenstown, making it easy to do a walk in hire in case you have forgotten to book a car, or you are only looking for a one day hire.

We live locally and know the Southland, Otago and Fiordland areas well and can advise you on sightseeing trips from one day to several days – whether it be to Milford Sound, Glenorchy, Wanaka or Arrowtown. Or just have lots of fun visiting some of the Lord of the Rings film locations.
